Casa Averroes is an enchanting house set in amongst the olive groves in the hamlet of Los Juncares. Once your car is parked a short track leads you to the gates of the property with a small stream running to the right hand side.
The villa is an absolute delight, you will quickly appreciate the love it's owner Antonio has poured into the garden and outside area. Wonderful palms, roses, citrus, oleander and jasmine fill the front of the property. A small decorative pool is filled from the outside stream and water navigates its way down one side of the garden. Creative and original seating areas are in abundance around the swimming pool and barbecue area. A tiled fountain in typical Andalucian style is set against the house. This wonderfully quirky hideaway is perfect for a magical, fun filled holiday.
The interior is Andalucian in style, comfy and well equipped. For the cooler months there is a large log burner which Antonio will provide olive wood for, and fans to keep you cool in the summer. The first room is a large kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you would need including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven and a separate room with a clothes washing machine. The living area includes a music system, television, dvd player and wifi. There are two outside terraces, one of which contains a large teak table and chairs to dine outside.
There are three large bedrooms, two en suite. There is one double bed and two singles in each of the other two rooms. Bedlinen, towels and pool towels are all provided.
This wonderful villa should give any family or group of friends a truly relaxing and enjoyable break in private and peaceful surroundings.
