This villa is situated in a secluded area, in the midst of olive groves and overlooking the white village of Iznájar and its lake. Via a private driveway you can park your car on the generous parking area. A stairway leads to the house. The swimming pool is just outside the kitchen patio doors with a separate summer house containing a bed, bathroom and toilet. This space can also serve as an extra bedroom for 1 or 2 people. On top of the various covered terraces around the house, all with wonderful views, there's a spacious roof terrace accessible from outside. The villa is suitable for families or couples who like their privacy and an easy way to visit a few beautiful towns. Its location is quite exceptional and the views are spectacular. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
The villa is a few kilometres from the village of Iznájar where you will find shops and restaurants. Supermarkets are to be found in Rute (a 15 minute drive) or in the village of Archidona (at 20 minutes). Cities and towns like Málaga, Córdoba and Granada are accessible in an hours drive, and Sevilla takes approximately 2 hours. The ski resorts in the Sierra Nevada Mountains can be reached within a 2 hour drive. In the vicinity are some good restaurants. From the parking a staircase takes you up to the swimming pool, the terraces and the house. Ground floor: lounge, dining room and generous kitchen, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer, one bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with bathtub.
A 300€ damage deposit is due upon arrival. On the day of departure after a positive final inspection, the damage deposit will be returned to you in full.
This villa is approved and registered with the Junta de Andalucia Tourism Office - VTAR/CO/129.
